If we use website analytics, it collects information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and how long visits last.
Cookies. The site itself does not need cookies to work for visitors. Analytics tools, if enabled, may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it

Your work stays yours. Submitting a manuscript does not transfer any rights to us. We store uploaded files privately, outside the public parts of the website, and share them only with the people at The Margins House who need to review them. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our web host, email provider, and, where relevant, Freeform PR & Branding, which supports our publicity work. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
